Here are some question that you might have.

Q:      Is this a secured web site?
A:      Yes, I do have a Secured Order Form that will NOT let anyone else see your
         information.

Q: Will my e-mail address or personal information be sold to a 3rd. party.
A: NO it will not. I take pride in my business and will never do that to a customer.

Q:      How soon will I have my order shipped?
A:      When I receive your order, I make sure that your item is in stock. Once I have your
         item in hand, I get it ready to ship same or next day.

Q:      How do you ship?
A:      In most cases, I ship US Priority Mail 2-3 days. I do offer Overnight shipping, but
         the cost to you is more expensive.

Q: Can I order by phone?
A: Yes, you may call us to place your order. 602-622-8333

Q: What type of credit cards to you accept?
A: VISA, Master Card, Amer. Ex, and Discover/Novus Card.

Q: Do you accept COD?
A: I'm sorry, but I do not ship COD.

Q: Do you accept checks, money orders or bank checks?
A: I do not accept checks, but I do ACCEPT money orders and certified bank checks.
